ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACTS
By placing an order on this platform, you are making a formal offer to purchase. Fenestration, LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. Orders are only legally accepted after written confirmation from our sales desk and after the secure receipt and processing of your payment.
Please check your dimensions, blueprints, and configurations carefully. Once accepted, orders for custom architectural systems are immediately pushed into our manufacturing cycle and cannot be modified or canceled. In case of non-acceptance or order holds, we will inform you via the email address or phone number provided.
Returns, cancellations, and material exchanges are only permitted in strict accordance with our official Return & Refund Policy.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND INVOICING
Prices, commercial discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Fenestration, LLC works with premier international maritime freight carriers, but remains exempt from liabilities regarding trans-Atlantic shipping delays, domestic port congestion, or U.S. Customs holds beyond our corporate control. Upon transfer of the cargo to the freight provider at our logistics hub, risk and ownership parameters transfer in accordance with the contract's specified shipping terms.
