PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Products (Accessories and In-Stock Items)

Orders for standard, in-stock products (such as remote control transmitters and hardware accessories) may be canceled free of charge before they have been processed and shipped. To request an immediate cancellation, please contact our support desk as soon as possible at info@fenestrationllc.com or call +1 302-313-2252. Once an order has entered the shipping cycle, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may initiate a return upon receipt in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-Made Architectural Systems

Orders for custom-made products—including residential garage doors, commercial overhead doors, custom windows, entry doors, exterior screens, bioclimatic pergolas, and any other made-to-order items—may only be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided that technical engineering and physical manufacturing have not yet commenced. Once production has started, the order becomes entirely irrevocable. Cancellation is no longer possible, and the full contract purchase price remains legally payable due to the highly individual, millimeter-precise nature of the components.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If applicable, commercial subscription services or recurring maintenance agreements may be canceled at any time through your corporate customer portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take structural effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments already processed for the active billing period are non-refundable.
